  • Advisory. Jim provides advisory consulting, on an as needed basis, for very small firms.
  • Project Based Problem Solving. Short term, 3-9 months, engagements with small to medium-sized firms
  • Ongoing Advisory and Project Alliances. Typically 2-3 days per month on regular basis,  with larger firms.
